Got overexcited once to see the pomelo tree in the garden flowering. Thought that the flowers would develop into some tasty pomeloes but unfortunately, that had turned to be a false alarm. The pomelo tree may have been in the garden for years and may have flowered several times but that was about all; the flowers would all drop off. There was excitement all over again when one day, a little pomelo was spotted growing at the other side of the fence...
