A Bath in the Jungle

Shinrin yoku
otherwise known as forest bathing is a Japanese practice of relaxing, of being calm and quiet as one observes nature and breathe deeply. It is supposed to help one de-stress and boost our health. The practice probably is carried out in the forest but a park like the Lake Gardens would probably work as well. After all, there are trees there and nature abounds. It is extremely relaxing there when a breeze blows and you hear the birds sing and the leaves rustle...

Watch the leaves fall! Can you hear the birds sing?
