Garden left unattended does look like unkempt hair needing a trim. It's just isn't enough that the plants are watered and they look green and healthy. The weeds would flourish too; and they will grow and overtake the drains and grow in every crooks and crannies if allowed the opportunity. That would definitely call for Operation Clean Up!
