Coconut water has a list of benefits : aids in hydration, high in potassium, low in calories, free of fat and cholesterol, prevent kidney stones blah, blah; but it sure isn't an easy feat to obtain the water from the fruit. Nevermind that the coconut has a hard shell that you'd have to contend with; but before you get to tackle it, you'd have to get through the thick fibrous husk which itself, has an exceptionally thick epidermis. To pry open the fruit open, you'd not just need a parang or some other form of aids like a hammer or a machete, you'd definitely have to toil and sweat. Take it from someone who had an experience!
