No Fear!

Call it pak choi or bok choy depending on whether you want to go British or American; this Chinese cabbage-like leafy green vegetable with white stems may be easily available in the local market; but I don't think it's very popular with the family. I can't remember it being served at home; at least not until recently. The vegetables in the pots have grown very well and for a few days afterwards, there would be stir-fried pak choi or bok choy on the table. The leafy plants besides containing vitamins and antioxidants; their fibres are said to function as a blood scavenger, removing harmful cholesterol from the blood; and they are said too, to have an extremely low-calorie count. No fear of gaining weight for all the days of  consuming them; touch wood!
