All the green edible plants in your garden could be used to produce healthy oil; that was what I thought I heard. While out in Matang, suddenly I noticed Hoi Thien stirring some green stuff in a big wok. The green stuff were an assortment of green leaves from her garden and she had them added to1 kg of oil, 300 ml water and 50 ml enzyme; I think. Enzymes reportedly help produce healthier oils without any trans-fats. A biotechnology company based in Europe has in fact developed an enzyme that produces higher-quality oils with no colour changes, low diglycerides, and fewer by-products.That's good for the heart!
