Chives, most certainly; a flowering plant which is scientifically known as Allium schoenoprasum. While Allium schoenoprasum has pale purple, and star-shaped flowers, another variety Allium tuberosum otherwise known as Chinese chives bear white flowers. The many white flowers in a round cluster on a long stalk could light up just any garden!
