Orchids aren't my favourite plant but I couldn't deny that they could be as beautiful as they are expensive. When there's an orchid exhibition, sometimes I'd just pop over to admire the plants. Seldom buy them as the few that I took home rarely bloomed and they always ended up dead. But I did have a pot of orchid in the garden. Someone just decided to get rid of her plants and some of her adeniums and a pot of her orchid just ended up with me. The orchid is presently blooming!
