Just the other day, I saw a video clip featuring the song Mr. Lonely. I remember the song being featured in the 2019 Jon Favreau directed American musical film The Lion King. Mr. Lonely also known as Lonely was a big hit in 2005 when Akon, the American singer and rapper performed it in his debut album, Trouble. The video clip I saw however was in black and white and the song was performed by an American teen idol Bobby Vinton. The singer and songwriter was born in 1935 and is currently 84 years old. Mr. Lonely is therefore a really old song!
