A Tree from the Carribean

No, I don't know any Annona reticulata. The small deciduous or semi-evergreen tree in the plant family Annonaceae which bears the sweet, pleasant fruit called custard apple is said  to be a native of the Caribbean and Central America. Nowadays, the Annona reticulata is cultivated in many tropical countries including Southeast Asia, Taiwan, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Australia. I think I saw one such tree in a neighbour's garden. The fruit definitely didn't look familiar.
