I'm always surprized to see these quantities of tortoises. I've seen them once in a shop and other time in a lake in Torino where the persons take their tortoises to throw them.
Tortoises are hardy, I suppose! Over here, there is one or two temples with a pond with lots of tortoises and some people think that's a cruel thing to do; to put all those old, big tortoises in the same congested pond.
Now, dear, why do you think they choose to live in such a crowded situation?
