Holy Cherries!

Hey, I am not not another fruit. I could be the Wild Cherry (Prunus. avium) or the Sour Cherry (Prunus. cerasus). Either way, I am just as useful. If wild, I'll be the Sweet Cherry to which most cherry cultivars belong, and if sour, I'll be used mainly for cooking.

Not far from the place where my relatives live there is a forest of wild cherries. My parents take them and do marmelade.

That's delightful. We don't have these type of cherries here. Our wild cherries here are edible but are more for the birds actually. Maybe, one of these days, should hunt one down and post a picture of it.
