Joker or the penguin? Both, if it's the villains in Batman movies one is talking about. Just penguin or rather penguins if it's the Underwater World Langkawi.The Underwater World Langkawi, by the way is in Langkawi Island in Kedah and is Malaysia's largest aquarium. There are penguins to be seen here. Barely less than a fortnight after visiting Taiping Zoo, I'd visited the tourist spot in Cenang Beach and came across both the black-footed African penguins and rockhopper penguins. It was not the first time I had come across a penguin though for I remember seeing one on a rock at Milford Sound, New Zealand and maybe in a zoo in Perth, too; but, this was the first time I saw penguins living in air conditioned glass enclosure in the tropics.
