For Bougainvillea Lovers


So the thorny Bougainvillea with the large colourful bracts originally comes from Brazil or Argentina; places in South America, in short. The plant has been around here for so long that I had thought that it's a native here. On a trip to Semenyih; once, I came across a pot of white Bougainvillea which was blooming profusely and wondered instantly why the one at home never bloom. Then, there was another pot which would make Bougainvillea lovers sit up and look; it was not just blooming profusely but the bracts were of different colours; white, red and orange.
