This is no ugly duckling, the homely little bird in Danish Hans Christian Anderson's tale which was born in a barnyard and suffered abuse from his siblings and neighbors until he matured into a graceful swan. This is indeed one of the most beautiful bird ever!

I like geese too but my husband do not want have them in the yard. He says they become like dogs.

Geese can take care of the house and the best thing about it is it can lay eggs too. I remember reading about how geese saved a roman city.
