I am sorry but that's me when I get excited!


I suppose cacti , a native of the Americas, have been used as ornamental plants since time immemorial. Cactus-like plants can be found in sculpture and drawings retrieved from the ancient Aztec civilization and even the old name of Mexico City, Tenochititlan means "place of the sacred cactus."

and there are so many and big and beautiful flowers in this specie...

It's hard to see them flowering and so, over here, some people say that it's good luck when they flower.
