The fish that looks like a dolphin is a dolphin. It is the blind, dorsal finless Indus River Dolphin, which occurs only in Pakistan. Here is a link to a story news article about the dolphin.

Thanks kab625. A friend told me this dolphin could be found in the river in China but the one in the Indus River does look like it. Thanks for the link!
